Stanley number 45 wood plane. It looks to be complete to me. However, there are a couple of places that you could add another guide or maybe move the guide down.

Both handles appear to be original. It does have a blade in it.  All of the wood appears to be in pretty decent condition.

The one. Bummer is one of the support arms on the wooden guide is broken.  I've taken a picture of it. There are no chunks missing and a talented metal worker or brazer could put it back together. However, this plane has earned the condition and I'm going to send it out the door like I found it.
