1. Purchase and confirmation: 

After purchasing our offer, please download our Repair form down.
The repair form will be sent to you via eBay as a message together with the purchase confirmation.
The form is in PDF format. Please fill this out and include it in the package.

2. Safe shipping: 

Pack your device securely and send it to our address with the completed repair form.

3. Quick repair: 

As soon as your device arrives, we will inspect it completely and begin repairing it on the same day. Typically the repair will be completed within 24 hours (Unless further repairs are required)

4. Return shipping: 

After the repair, the device will be sent back to you free of charge in a DHL package. You will receive a tracking number so you can track where your device is currently located.

Simply come by during opening hours without an appointment. We analyze your device free of charge and start repairing it straight away.

⚠️ Note on repairs

Although we work with the highest precision and professional equipment, there is a problem when separating the front glass very low riskthat the LCD panel will be damaged.

Should this happen, we will provide you with a new display of the highest quality (OLED or equivalent) completely free of charge. – no hidden costs, no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

After the repair, we reassemble the devices and seal them well. Nevertheless, we do not give any guarantee on devices that are declared waterproof by the manufacturer. We assume no liability for damage caused by leaks. After replacing the glass, slightly visible waves may appear on the display.

Usually 24 hours after device receipt. If more time is needed (e.g. in the event of further damage), we will inform you immediately.

2. What is the difference between glass and display replacement?
When the glass is replaced, the original display is retained. Only the outer glass will be replaced. When replacing the display, the entire unit (LCD + glass) is changed.

3. Do I receive a guarantee?
Yes – you receive 12 month guarantee on the parts repaired by us (except in the case of fall, water or third-party damage).

4. What happens if my device cannot be repaired?
We will inform you transparently and return your device free of charge - or make you a fair alternative offer.
