I pre ordered this little one and paid a deposit . My circumstance changed and if i did not buy him i would lose my deposit . I brought him but now i hope i can find another collector that would love him . I am only asking what i paid plus postage and the fees that eBay add on for insurance . No upping the price to get a few extra pennies i just want a collector who missed out on getting him to have them chance to have a bubbles . He is new i have just recieved him in the post and unwrapped him to take the photos
