Mint cosmetic condition. Brushed steel Flighter body and cap with chrome clip and trim.   Stamped  "Parker Made in UK".  Date mark is I.III for Q1 of 2004. Push button action works.  Clip is properly aligned and a firm fit. Working blue refill fitted.  No box.
