  Flat rate shipping method (Fed-ex, UPS, or USPS) will be determined by Bella's Bargain Buys at the time of shipment.  UPS smart/sure post cannot be used to ship ANY item over $20.  We use UPS grounds and Fed-Ex grounds/home delivery interchangeably, as their delivery times are almost always the same.  Fed-Ex ground economy, USPS, and UPS smart post are ALL delivered by the US postal service, so we also use these services interchangeably and try to ship the package with the carrier that will deliver the quickest.
