This does have signs of wear. Has scuffs, stains and marks. No holes in leather. There is tears an holes in the inside lining, mostly near bottom hem area. Front collar corner on left side is a bit bent. A couple of the front buttons are a little looser than others, they don't seem like they will come off anytime soon though.
