This is an original 1970s Chemtoy Groovie Goolies Bella La Ghostly figure, produced in Hong Kong and based on the Filmation cartoon series Groovie Goolies. Bella is molded in PVC plastic with her signature red dress, purple hair, and exaggerated spooky‑cute styling. The bottom is clearly marked “Made in Hong Kong.” She stands approximately 3 1/4" tall.
