Made 1970-79. Collectors are interested in this necklace and are looking specifically for Baltic amber. Amber is also a folk medicine, specifically used by those with thyroid problems. And of course, it's beautiful, carefully polished, with beads of varying sizes. Another fact is that it's over 1,000 years old. Being buried in the sandy Baltic soil, the amber acquired a cloudy color, saturated with various types of soil. There were large nuggets of various sizes and irregular shapes, which later turned into such wonderful resin stones. This is a good quality item. It's original. The item shows signs of long storage, use, and wear. See the details in the photo. Thank you!
