PEMAY Vintage Baby Dress White short dress with Pink Bow across bodice. Might be a Blouse or Jacket type garment because of length (?) Tag on inside of collar says "PEMAY L 23-26 LBS" This garment is probably from very late 50's to early 60's. Long Sleeve White Cotton fabric with a searsucker type look to it with Lace collar, 2 rows of lace on bodice and 2 rows of lace on sleeves.  Button down back with 3 buttons. Very Good Condition - has been kept in dry storage for many decades. No visible flaws - all lace & buttons intact - no rips, tears, or stains that I can see.
