Quality Brands Outlet
 was established in 2017 and our company motto is "Love Brands, Love Bargains!" And we really do!









We want to share our eye for a bargain along with the high quality brands and products we uncover with our friends, family and our wider customers. 







Our clothing comes from a variety of sources. We work with some of the brands we sell directly, whilst some stocks come from excess and over made stocks from specialist clothing factory's around the world. We then bring these to you with massive savings on the original high street price. Working with the original factories, who make for lots of the big high street names, mean we don't sell fakes, only genuine original branded stocks. Although please note, some stocks will need to be de-branded to protect the original brand, this will mean the product will either have labels deleted or removed.







Our designer shoes, bags and accessories are sourced from some of the leading Luxury wholesalers around the world. These are always 100% genuine and checked for authenticity before being offered for sale. 











Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Messages and queries are normally replied to within 24 hours or quicker. Any messages sent outside of these hours will be dealt with as soon as possible. During Bank Holiday's we will get back to you on the first working day after.

Payment

Payments are handled by eBay Managed Payments Service.

Should you have any questions around your payment or refund, then please contact eBay Help & Support Directly as we do not have access to any payment information.

Shipping



All orders placed before 3pm each day will be dispatched same day.









We work with Royal Mail and our standard service is a Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 depending on the value of your order. This is a 2-3 day service normally, Royal Mail 48 provides only a proof of delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 48 provides a fully tracked service including in transit updates. 









If you would like your item quicker, then please select Royal Mail 24 / Royal Mail Tracked 24 at time of checkout and this normally provides a 1-2 day service for a small premium.









Sorry but collection is not an option.









International orders are generally dispatched using the eBay Global Shipping Programme. If you would like a more personalised quote, then do contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

Returns



We know that occasionally you may want to return an item so below are instructions on how to do so.











If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement*. 










Please always initiate the return through your purchase history in your "my eBay" area. If you are looking to exchange for another size, the please contact us via eBay messages and do not start the return process as this complicates the exchange. We will then advise you how next to

 



proceed.














Products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with seals intact where appropriate. 









Please note we will not accept a return for a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is not returned to us in its original condition. If a product is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, we will contact you and a 33% disposal charge will be made and this will be calculated from the cost of the product.











When returning the goods please include your name, eBay User ID(very important!), address and order number, stating on the invoice or a note detailing the reason for return and your preference of a refund or replacement.









If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. However, if upon receipt an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty (excluding packaging) please do not worry. Contact our Customer Service department via eBay messaging and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.












We recommend you to obtain a receipt from your 

courier

 when returning an item as the parcel may get lost in transit, the receipt will then be used as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage and the parcel does go missing in transit, unfortunately this is not our responsibility and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.












All returned goods will be refunded or exchanged, providing they have not been used or damaged (excluding packaging), within 2 working days of receiving the return. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred, a refund will automatically be issued.





* If you would like a replacement for your product we will send this by return. If no stock is available, we will refund you returned items via your original method of payment.
