The AURSINC TinySA Ultra+ ZS407 is a 2025 upgraded handheld spectrum analyzer and RF signal generator in one compact unit. The spectrum analyzer covers 100kHz to 900MHz in standard mode and up to 7.3GHz in Ultra mode, with level calibration up to 7.3GHz and signal observation capability up to 12GHz. The built-in signal generator outputs sine wave from 0.1–900MHz, square wave up to 6.3GHz, and RF test signals up to 7.3GHz. Features a 4" IPS-TFT LCD (480×320) display showing up to 450 scan points. Internal LNA gain reaches 20dB up to 7.3GHz with a DANL as low as -169dBm/Hz at 100MHz with LNA enabled. Phase noise is -100dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and -103dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset. Built-in 5,000mAh Li-polymer battery for extended field use. Includes a built-in 32GB Micro SD card for on-site data storage. Supports PC control via USB-C for data transfer and analysis.
