This fits the AMBU SureSight laryngoscope system.  It fits both the SureSight Connect and the SureSight Mobile models of video laryngoscopes. 

The MAC 3 Blade is longer and more curved than the Hyper 3 that AMBU makes.  It is my preferred blade for large adults.
