Mint external cosmetic condition (see photos).  No dings or dents but there is a slight bend in the ballpoint clip. Black bodies and frosted steel caps with chrome clips and trim.  White dots on the clips.   Clips are properly aligned and a firm fit.  The nib is a stainless steel short Triumph and looks to be in perfect physical condition.  No size marked but it looks like a fine. The pen is a touchdown filler. The plunger operates properly but the pen did not fill when water tested.  Needs either a new sac and /or seals. Not tested as I do not want to dirty it. The ballpoint has a working blue refill. Sheaffer box in excellent condition. Sold strictly for spares or repair!
