Grateful Dead Backstage Pass : 1984 : Vintage Classic Car Auto !!! : Summer Tour '84 ! : July 7, 1984 ( 7/7/84 : 7/7/1984 ) - Alpine Valley Music Theatre - East Troy, Wisconsin ( WI ) : 1984 Grateful Dead Productions, Inc. ( GDP ) - Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) : Very-Rare !!!!!
Grateful Dead Fans !!! - Vintage / Classic Car Auto Buffs !! - and, naturally ... maybe too - " Wisconsiners !!! ". Yeah ! '84 G.D. Summer Tour - at where-else ... Alpine-Valley !!! Right-on - I say. As offered here is the Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead Backstage Pass ( sticker-patch / satin ) for the 1984 Summer Tour Show at Alpine Valley in East Troy, WI on July 7, 1984 ( 7/7/1984 ) !!! A Red Vintage-Classic Car / Auto Pass !! ... with Yellow Background / Border ! ... & for Alpine !!! Dead Fans & Deadheads ! ..... Whoa !!!!? This Show is a downright Heater !!! Maybe even ' Hotter ' than the Hot-Rod ! on the Pass ?!? - and yes I know ... that indeed is a tall-order ! The 1st Set starts to both bump & burn - and it's easy to tell that anything might happen on this '84 Summer Tour night. Bertha out of the gate ... Bobby smacks down a Minglewood slide-solo that gets Garcia's ear ! ... then he drops a Dupree's ! -- Bobby counters it with a Smokin' Esau ! Jerry's flurries are nice & tight during B.E. Women ... and now you just know it's ' on ' ! Might as Well Set I closer. Set II's just got it all, and it comes in a 3-part magical package ... A ) a kickin' Samson !! then Cold Rain > Playin' ! B ) ... Playin' China Doll > Drums > Space
> Terrapin ! C ) Throwin' Stones > Not Fade Away > Lovelight !
> Not Fade Away !!!!! Then Brokedown to Ice ! this Tasty-Cake !! Serious Fire
& Fury - shaky at times, and this makes things all the more
interesting ... because the ' make-goods ' are just Pure-Muscle !! Time
& time again. I mean this Throwin' > NFA > Lovelight > NFA
segment is so hot that it'll burn Your ! JBL's !!!!! Wow ... as Garcia & Weir seem to take some serious-pride in this particular Punishing ! of Alpine Valley. Some say that
Jane's Addiction played the Hottest-Show ever at Alpine ( yes, I've heard
that - many a times. ) ... and they are actually one of Garcia's self-proclaimed
" Favorite-Bands " of the Late-'80's / Early-'90's ( I kid you not ... ) - but I think
you realistically have to take about 10 G.D. Shows at Alpine out of the equation to even start talking " The Best Show " if it actually " isn't " the Good Ol'
Grateful Dead ..... aka. >>> '80, '81, '82, '84, '85, '86, '87, '88,
'89 ... I mean that is a serious-run of Live-Dead ! G.D. Rock & Roll !!! right-there my fellow Dead Fans - Hot runs ! - with Copious-Moments ! of G.D. " Magic ! " all-throughout. With '82, '84 & '89 probably being my own personal favorites - so how
about You !? So what " Is " Hotter ? ... this Vintage Classic Car ? or this 7/7/84 Dead Show ?! You be the judge ... because it's a close race indeed -
neck-in-neck, and The Race Is On !!! ... Enjoy !!!!!!!
