The HydroForce Series 4 Clean Water Pump is a pressure-sensitive clean water pump designed for use with rainwater harvesting systems, underground tanks, garden water supply and clean water transfer applications.
This pump is electronically controlled and automatically starts when water is demanded, then stops when taps or appliances are closed. It is designed for clean water use and includes dry-run protection to help protect the motor and pump body when no water is detected.
The Series 4 can be installed in above ground or below ground tank installations, making it a practical choice for rainwater harvesting systems where stored water needs to be pumped to garden taps, irrigation points or suitable appliances.
• HydroForce Series 4 clean water pump
• Pressure-sensitive demand operation
• Automatically starts and stops with water demand
• Dry-run protection built in

The installation manual confirms the pump uses a 1″ male BSP inlet, 1″ female BSP outlet, has a nominal 35m maximum head, nominal 3.5 bar outlet pressure, and is powered by 220–240V AC / 800W.
The pump must be primed before first use by removing the filler screw and filling the pump body with approximately 2 litres of water, then replacing the filler screw securely.
For above ground installations where the pump draws water from a lower level, a non-return valve should be fitted on the inlet pipe at the lowest point. Maximum vertical suction draw is 3 metres.
The pump should be connected via an RCD-protected electrical supply and all connections should be checked for leaks to allow the pump to pressurise correctly.
This is a pressure-sensitive pump, so it is not suitable for very low-flow applications such as drip-feed irrigation unless a pressure vessel is installed and correctly charged.
For rainwater harvesting, garden taps and general clean water transfer, it is a strong, practical pump when installed correctly.
a BIG thank you!
