To preserve the original packaging condition, we do not open items for internal inspection.

This situation is common in the Japanese figure distribution market, and even experienced sellers may occasionally misjudge an item as unopened.

If you receive an item and find clear signs that the inner packaging has been opened,
please contact us with photos. We will take full responsibility and provide a refund.
