Available for sale is an issue of Green Lantern #40 1965 DC Comics. I'm subjectively grading this copy as a 2.5 GD+. Key - 1st appearance of Kronos a major antagonist in the Brightest Day story arc. Origin of the Guardians of the Universe and the Infinite Earth concept. Gil Kane, Murphy Anderson and Ira Schnapp cover art.
Some grading notes: 1/2” combined spine split most a piece on the middle and at moderate staple tears, moderate handling wear and creasing including a full length crease down middle and several long color breaking creases, light edge wear with several tiny tears, light color rub around edges, moderate spine wear with two roughly 1/4” tears through book, faint tanning top edge inside cover; Back - moderate handling wear and creasing, tears at spine as previously mentioned, light edge wear with two micro tears, slight soiling stains bottom edge, slight tanning top edge inside cover, several interior pages have tiny chip to tip of lower corner, off-white to white pages, cover and centerfold fully attached (I’d say half attached at top due to staple tear), page counted and book is complete.
Shipping - I hate getting damaged comics and I ship like I want to receive my comics. Rest assured that I'm a pro packer. My full-time job is running a internet retail store that does millions in online business and package small stuff up to ship every day for the last 20 years. I like to make sure it's as well protected as possible typically in recycled Gemini mailer with addition support sent inside a mailing envelope. All comics come bagged and boarded unless otherwise noted.
