CR8010 mylar adhesive-backed PVC cards are typically applied to proximity/technology cards. Mylar offers a greater thickness compared to paper backing and allows for easier feeding. Adhesive backed PVC cards are ideal for printing on most direct-to-card printers. Measuring 3.375'' x 2.125'' (the same size as a credit card), CR80 cards are the standard, most commonly used plastic card size. CR80 10 mil mylar adhesive back cards are also known as CR8010 or CR80.010 cards.

If you will be placing these cards on pre-slotted access control cards, you will need a slot punch to make a hole in this adhesive-backed PVC card. Slot punching should be done AFTER printing to avoid damage to your printhead.

These graphic-quality mylar adhesive back CR80 PVC cards are vision inspected for quality and packaged in five shrink-wrapped packs of 100 for a total of 500 cards.

Note: 10 mil cards may not feed into every card printer. Please check your card printer specifications.
