Vintage or Near Vintage 2008 North Carolina "TRAILER" Aluminum License Plate in Used Condition! No major bends, or rust, bolt wear is unused top and bottom, I think it must have been wired to the trailer! Embossed everything (see pics above) "Year sticker" is numbers matching and has some fading. The paint on the numbers has some marks, especially the "B", make sure you look at that! Has marks on the face and outer band, look at the pics, that's your description! It's over 3 years of age, and a good collectable!
