Fanboy Collectibles is our primary business and it is designed to respond to consumers. We are here full-time to respond to you and to get your items shipped out as quickly as possible. When searching for potential retail locations, we focused on speed to consumer. With a post office across the street from our retail location we will be able to ship your order within the same day in most instances, if the order is received before the post office closes or the last pick up for UPS. If it's past those cutoffs, it's going out the next day. Not end of the week, not the next time we feel like making shipping runs...it's on the way to you immediately.

Our staff is comprised of expert collectors (some obsessive ones); we stay ahead of the trends and seek to bring you items we know to be of interest. Our experience spans comic books, statues, mini-busts, prop replicas, original comic book art, action figures and even some autographed sports memorabilia. We make our weekly visit to the comic shop on new release day, we love being at comic conventions (with the New York City Comic Con being a favorite), we're the ones that buy our tickets early to go to the midnight openings of all the big movie releases and we frequent all of the major collectibles forums to give our opinions and get into the debates about all those things we love. If all of this is considered geeky - you've come to the right spot.

Customer Service
We take pride in our customer service.  If you have any questions before or after your order, please feel free to contact us.  We answer all E-mails. If you do not hear back from in a reasonable amount of time, we did not receive your e-mail or you did not receive our answer.  This sometimes happens, especially with today's junk filters, spam control, and ISP/server issues.

We are Authorized Dealers of the items we sell. If you purchase from us, you are entitled to all the guarantees/warranties we get as Authorized Dealers. If you item should arrive broken, damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately. The sooner we are notified, the sooner we can start working on a satisfactory resolution for you. We have a few options and we will work with you to get your item replaced and/or refunded as quickly as possible.

A Note About Item Condition

All of our items are Brand New unless otherwise stated. All items with serial numbers are pulled, packed and shipped at random. We do not accept serial number requests.

All items come in original manufacturers packaging unless otherwise stated. Original boxes may come with dings, dents, etc. We will not ship an item with severe package damage. However, if you are concerned with the condition of the packaging for any item we are selling, please contact us prior to purchasing to find out the exact condition of the packaging. We do not and cannot guarantee C10 mint packaging for the items we sell.

Payment
PayPal is accepted, but only if you have a PayPal confirmed mailing address. Please do not use PayPal unless you have a confirmed address with them. Winning bidder needs to make payment within 5 days after close of auction or sale. If you purchase from more than one listing please wait for an invoice before paying as will always look to save you money by combining the shipping cost.

We do not accept Credit Cards through eBay.

Shipping

US Residents: Packages are shipped through the US Postal Service and UPS Ground. All purchases will receive a separate e-mail from us that includes a copy of your paid invoice along with your tracking number. Your purchase includes full insurance.

Connecticut State residents must pay 6.35% Sales Tax, (We don't keep it, we just collect it). 

For International Customers: We offer US Postal Priority International Mail and US Postal Priority Mail Express International. All purchases will receive a separate e-mail from us that includes a copy of your paid invoice along with your tracking number.

All International packages are automatically insured so you are always covered 100% in case of theft, damage or loss.

For packages to ship from the United States to most countries, it normally takes 3-7 days for Express Mail and 7-14 days for Priority Mail. There are often delays in Customs. This can be a little as a few hours or days. Unfortunately sometimes it can also take weeks. We have no control and cannot be held responsible for delays in your country's Customs Department.

Your package may be assessed Customs taxes/duties. If you refuse to pay the taxes assessed on your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges, both ways.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item – do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or as “gifts” – U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
