Most orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm.

If reading glasses are ordered we may require up to 24 hours to dispatch the order as the lenses are produced and fitted on a bespoke basics.

A dispatch confirmation message will be sent and a tracking number provided were applicable.

If the item is found to be unsuitable a return can be requested within 30 days.

In the unlikely event we send either an incorrect or faulty item please send us a message and we will provide either a pre-paid returns label or will refund the return postage cost.

Please ensure the item is sufficiently packaged (preferably re-packaged in the same box the order was received in) and delicate items are not returned in a Jiffy type bag

Assuming the item is returned back to us unused and in the same condition as it was received a full refund will be provided usually within 24 hours of the return being delivered back to us Monday to Friday.
