11th Separate Army Aviation Brigade
The 11th Separate Army Aviation Brigade "Kherson" is a powerful fire support for the infantry of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Since 1992, the brigade has gone a worthy path of formation, performing complex combat missions in the most difficult directions. In 2019, it was awarded the honorary title "Kherson". At the helms of the helicopters are experienced pilots, professionals in their field, capable of operating in any conditions.
The combat path of the brigade is a chronicle of courage: Ilovaisk, Zmiiniy Island, missions to rescue the defenders of "Azovstal", battles for the Kherson region, Kyiv region, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka and Kostyantynivka.
Many servicemen of the brigade have been awarded state awards, including the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the Order of the Golden Star (some - posthumously).
The 11th separate army aviation brigade continuously performs combat missions, daily bringing Victory and the future of independent Ukraine closer.
