The Harlequin was introduced in 1980 but only produced until 1983 as production of the intricate design proved too complicated.
Very Collectible Parker 45 Harlequin 80 Grey Shield fountain pen in mint condition with a perfect medium steel nib, filler and box!
Condition report:
Mint external cosmetic condition. Brushed steel Flighter barrel and cap in the Grey Shield design with chrome clip and trim. Cap is stamped "Parker Made in England". Date mark is QI for Q4 of 1980. All chrome trim is in perfect condition. The nib is a medium steel and looks to be in perfect condition. Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample). The pen can use cartridges or the ink converter filler which is fitted. Parker box is in perfect condition.
