This is a Transmission gear for late 70's to early 80's Bainbridge Model 712  7x12 horizontal band saw machines. 20 tooth, 5/8 shaft,  no key. Approximate dimensions are; 2.3 overall diameter,  .99 overall width, 5/8 thru hole with .225 diameter hole for pinning.

Cut from1018 Steel Bar Stock, for heavy use, clean transmission box and use plenty if grease.
