Postage and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne based warehouses usually the next business day after payment has been cleared.

Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, items come with a 12 month warranty.
In the unlikely event where your order is received damaged, faulty or missing parts, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue while the order is in your possession (do not open return requests!)
Please kindly provide us clear photos or a link to a short video that best demonstrates the issue. We will work with you to provide the best resolution. On most occasions, returning an order will not be the best resolution.
If you return an item without providing us sufficient evidence supporting your claims, and our assessments determine the item is in good working condition, we reserve the right to treat the return as Change of Mind.
If your order becomes faulty within the warranty period, please provide photo or video as noted above. We will assess the information available and provide a resolution.
Change of Mind (Remorse) Returns
We offer 30 day returns for change of mind after your order is delivered. If you wish to return your order due to remorse reasons, such as, ordered by mistake, found better price, doesn't fit etc, please provide clear photos of the item in unopened and unused condition.
Returns will be refunded minus our original postage costs. If the item has been opened, used, missing original packaging, or wrong item returned, we reserve the right to make further adjustments to the refund in line with eBay's Return Policy.
Buyers are responsible for organising and paying for remorse returns postage. If we have provided you a postage label to assist you in returning, then return postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Orders are unable to be "dropped off" at our warehouse.

Some items in our store are unable to be delivered to the below postcodes. If your delivery address is in any of the below postcodes, please contact us before placing an order so we can check if an item can be delivered to the postcode.

Cancelling Orders
Please request an order cancelation by using the "Cancel Order" option via eBay.Once orders are received by us, your order details are automatically sent to our fulfilment centre for a quick dispatch, it may not always be possible to stop the dispatch of your order.
If we are able to cancel your order before the fulfilment centre has processed your order then we issue you a full refund, otherwise remorse returns conditions will above.
Express Post Guarantee
If you have paid for Express Post and delivery of your order has not been attempted by the latest Estimated Delivery Date shown to you when you placed your order, we will refund all postage costs. Attempted Delivery, Awaiting Collection and Delivered, are all considered delivery attempts and postage refunds will not be made if these scans are shown on or before the latest estimated delivery date. Simply message us and we'll refund you.
