International Shipping & Import Duties

For international shipments, especially orders shipped to the United States, we generally use FedEx. Please note that any invoice you receive from FedEx or UPS during transit or after delivery is for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees?not for shipping charges.

All shipping costs have already been fully paid by us. However, import-related charges are determined by the destination country and are the buyer?s responsibility. Each courier processes and bills these charges differently. FedEx may send the invoice while the package is in transit, at the time of delivery, or several days after the package has been delivered.

For questions regarding these charges or invoices, please contact FedEx or UPS directly.

We will stop using the UPS for International Shipping, especially for the US, due to their overcharge Tariffs/Brokerage Fees. If you need to send through UPS Only, contact me directly. Thank you for understanding.

To ALL US Customers,

Due to recently implemented U.S. government tariffs, all international shipments entering the United States are now subject to import duties of up to 30%. These tariffs are applied at the point of entry by U.S. Customs and are not included in the price of your purchase or shipping fees.

Please be aware that:

·       The final duty amount will be determined by U.S. Customs based on the product category and value.

·       You may be required to pay this fee before your package can be delivered.

·       These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

·       Return will not be accepted because of tariffs.

We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
