The BIOS battery it's Held with Velcro on the Chassis.
(The Original Dallas Real Time Chip Was De-soldered and Opened to Connect the Battery Holder to It and Soldered Back to the PCB.)
The Power Switch Button Was Bad and Replaced with Genuine Replacement.
