Feed granulator is widely used in large, medium and small aquaculture, grain feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual farmers and small and medium-sized farms, farmers or large, medium and small feed processing plants. This machine can be used alone, and customers who need it can also match it with a straw cutter for better results.

Small feed granulator, also known as small household feed granulator, is based on the principle of circular motion. The template and pressure rollers are made of high-quality chrome-manganese titanium and are specially treated. The main shaft and flat mold drive the pressure rollers to rotate under the action of friction. The materials are gelatinized at high temperature between the pressure rollers and the template, and the protein is solidified and denatured. The particles are discharged from the mold hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller. The particles made are discharged from the machine through the throwing plate, and the length of the particles can be adjusted through the notch.

Note:

1. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put the hands into the machine.
2. Before using the machine, it is necessary to adjust the screw of the pressure roller to the appropriate position. The pressure roller and the pressure plate should be closely combined, and the four adjusting screws should be on the same horizontal plane.
3. Please refuel the fuel tank before using the machine. The machine should not idle for more than 2 minutes.
4. Double-check the belt and the screws before operation.
5. After use, clean up the rest to prevent damage to the machine.
6. If the pressure roller cannot rotate normally, please tighten the screws that control the pressure roller, and then try to power it on. If it still does not work, you can appropriately loosen the screws next to the pressure roller and then tighten them slightly again (without special tightening).

This machine is equipped with an enlarged and widened discharging outlet to prevent feed from splashing and facilitate the feed collection conducted by customers. The length of feed particles can be adjusted here.

Adjustable nuts are used to adjust the distance between the pressure rollers and the grinding disc. When pellets are made, the nuts on the four sides must be balanced to avoid damage to the pressure rollers and grinding disc. If the pressure rollers cannot rotate normally, please tighten the screws that control the pressure rollers, and then try to power it on. If the pressure rollers still do not work, you can appropriately loosen the screws next to the pressure rollers and then tighten them slightly again (without special tightening).

Enlarge the feed inlet
The machine adopts the design of enlarged feeding inlet, which makes it more convenient to feed and effectively improves work efficiency.

The machine is equipped with 2 universal wheels with brakes and 2 moving wheels without brakes, making the machine move more conveniently.

 

Operation Method:

1. Add gear oil to the oil plug. The oil should be located at one fourth of the working gear.
2. After connecting the machine to the 220V power supply, and start checking whether the machine operates normally.
3. Machine grinding requires 40% fine sand, 50% sawdust (replaced by bran or corn flour), and 10% machine oil (or replaced by edible oil). The purposes of grinding are to make the new grinding disc and the new pressure rollers of the new machine run more smoothly, and also to make the holes of the new grinding disc smooth for later feeding.
4. Adjust the pressure rollers. Before grinding and feeding, be sure to check whether two pressure rollers (double-head pressure roller machine), three pressure rollers (three-head pressure roller machine) or four pressure rollers (four-head pressure roller machine) rotate or not. The two or three or four pressure rollers need to rotate simultaneously. If one or two of the pressure rollers do not rotate, adjust and control the screws on the pressure rollers and turn them for a half circle at the same time. If the pressure rollers still do not rotate after turning the screws for a half turn, turn the screws for a half circle at the same time again until the pressure rollers rotate.
5. Conduct normal feeding. During grinding operation, the feeding speed should be slow and should not be too fast. The humidity of the material should be well controlled, and the humidity and dryness should be uniform. (If you cannot master the humidity and dryness, you can experiment for several times and finally master the appropriate degree.)
6. After feeding of the grinding materials is finished, observe the discharge situation of the discharge outlet, and check whether the particles at the discharge outlet have been discharged completely and whether there are remaining materials in the material bin of the feeding inlet. If there is no material left or a small part of the materials have not been discharged from the material bin, this is a normal phenomenon, and the processing operation of normal materials in the later period cannot be affected. Turn off the power. If the machine is not used any more, it can be cleaned easily. If the machine is used again, normal processing materials can be directly fed into the feeding bin (there are some residual grinding materials in the holes of the grinding disc, the grinding materials in the hole disc will come out of the discharge outlet as the normal processing materials enter, and these particles can be chosen not to be used). After feeding and processing of the normal materials are finished, some oil materials can be selected and fed to keep the hole disc in an oil lubricating state, so that the discharge will be smooth when the next batch of normal materials enters the material bin again.

Precautions:

1. When using, it should be noted that there should be no foreign matter such as stones and iron blocks in the raw materials. After the pellet machine has been working continuously for more than ten shifts, the pressure roller oil hole, the universal joint oil hole, and the linkage shaft oil hole need to be filled with high-temperature lubricating grease to make the pressure roller have good working performance and extended bearing life.
2. During granulation, it is strictly forbidden for the pressure roller to make contact with the template to run idly, and the continuous feeding can not be interrupted. At the same time, the pressure roller shaft nut is locked to avoid loosening and damaging the spindle keyway.
3. During granulating, there is no granulation and no discharge, the template should be removed, and after opening one by one, some fiber feed can be added appropriately to restart the granulation.
4. Always check the tightness of the screws in each part of the machine. If there is oil leakage in the gearbox, replace the oil seals in time, and check whether the bearings in the machine head are short of oil.
5. When the pellet machine is working, do not reach into the feeding port with your hands. If necessary, use wooden sticks to help feed the pellets.
6. Before turning on the machine, it is necessary to add less material. When shutting down the machine, leave a small amount of feed in the machine to prevent the pressure roller of the machine from making contact with the template from idling.
7. If the machine gets stuck in operation, stop it immediately, press the pressure roller until the bolt is flat, and then restart the machine.
8. Each time the work is completed, the adjusting pressure roller bolts must be loosened.
9. Iron or stones cannot be put into the machine.
10. Check the elasticity of the belt, and the bearing frequently. Add oil in time when it is needed.

Note:

1. We suggest that the high-power machine should be directly connected to the main power supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is prone to burn out the starting capacitor.
2. It is recommended to directly connect the machine to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time.
3.Our machine is not equipped with a plug. If you do not know how to operate the wiring video, you can contact our customer service and we will provide you with the wiring video. (If there are occasional situations with plugs, it is also recommended that you remove the plugs when wiring). Please let a professional electrician conduct wiring operation.
4.The output of the feed pellet machine just received is too low, and it is normal to produce a lot of trash or even no pellets because it is a brand new machine and needs a certain running-in time. When the die hole finish is poor for the first time, it is necessary to use abrasives to grind the template. After the machine has been used for a period of time and the various parts of the pellet machine run in the best state, the yield and output quality of the pellet machine will reach the best state. It is a normal phenomenon.
