Includes printer, power cord and manual - works fine but I do not have the printer to usb connector, as I never used (connected printer to my home wifi network and never needed connector. Also I had a second HP printer and figured I could just use that cord if ever needed (never did need connector for either).Prints beautifully with store bought cartridges (#63 black and color). I would not advise HP instant ink as I was getting low volume for some time and the ink seemed dried out - once i went to the store machine printed like new again.
