This is a 8.5X2" one oz. silver metal foil ag used in chemistry.  Welch Scientific Company, Skokie IL.  The foil is folded over as it came in original package.  Outside of silver is tarnished.  Inside only tarnished around edges.  See photos for detail and condition.  Smoke free home.
