The 13 Ghosts of Wraithmoor – The Director (Day 11 Release)
The eleventh release in my 13 Ghosts of Wraithmoor series.
This piece features The Director, believed to be the spirit of filmmaker Victor Maltravers, who was directing the unfinished film Haunted Mansion at Wraithmoor Manor. During a rehearsal, he attempted to demonstrate a death scene using a prop gun, but the weapon unexpectedly discharged, ending the scene — and his life.
Since then, witnesses report seeing a faint figure in a director’s chair within the manor’s old film rooms, sometimes hearing a distant voice calling out commands as if the filming never ended.
