International Silver Co Silver Plated Compact Mirror Engraved DJ 3" Non Latching. I don't see any broken parts just don't think this style was meant to latch. Nicely engraved cursive D J. Bottom mirror has a striped affect possibly from the original glue. Top mirror has no flaws. Has original international Silver sticker.
