This item is Brand New and Factory Sealed. The outer shrink wrap is tight and intact. As is common with these HBO cardboard boxed sets, there are some very minor "shelf charms" (slight rubbing/edge-wear) at the bottom corners of the cardboard slipcase visible under the seal (see photo 3). The internal plastic case and discs are pristine and untouched.
