This is a brand new item that was in its sealed factory box and packaging. I opened for picture purposes only. The item came with The Hot Tub wizard instructions but when I researched it doesn’t look like the hot tub wizard and the label on the box under the hot tub wizard had the manufacturer as Bloomfix
