Original blue paint is in excellent condition. Has some wear/fading to the paint on the dial face. Needle points to the 25 instead of zero, so could use a little adjusting if you want it to sit on zero. Spring feels great and is functioning very well. Very sturdy scale. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau mixed with Art Deco style scale. It is also very rare and scarce. Incredibly decorative and an excellent addition to any collection.
