It is untested. I cannot test any of the features or see if it power's on because The compartment that holds a fuse inside the unit is missing.

I did run a voltmeter in the compartment that holds the fuse and it is getting power to that area at least. The tape drawer button opens and closes but that's about the extent of what I'm able to test It also comes with what seems to be a remote control receiver that I've noticed some people sell separately.
