As it needs to be slip on from the head it’s important to get the neck size:

The circumference of round neck is 24 inches (61 cm)

Length of dress taken from top neck at the back is 31.5 inches (80 cm)

Sleeves opening: 17.5 inches (about 44.5 cm)

From the stitch at the end of the kimono effect sleeve across the body to the other end of the stitch of the sleeve the length is about 29 inches (about 73.5 cm) which means though the size is eu 40 it’s a very relaxed all through the body

The end of the pareos finishes with a split which is about 8.5 inches (approx 21.5 cm)

Obviously being a cover up (on top of swimsuit) dress the fabric has its transparency effect.
