Vintage Hamilton Beach Model G is a, typically, 1940s–1950s era stand mixer, featuring a white, durable metal design with a removable hand mixer, multi-speed functionality, and two Pyrex or milk glass bowls.
It is known for its robust motor, "mixguide" speed indicator, and, frequently, a, now, collectible "free-spin" bowl feature, where the bowl sits on the base but does not lock.
- Design: A mid-century white stand mixer with a removable handheld unit.
- Functionality: Features multiple speeds for versatile mixing.
- Components: Includes two milk glass Pyrex bowls and chrome beaters.
- "Mixguide": Features a small viewing window indicating the correct speed for different tasks.
- Bowl System: The mixer head is removable for handheld use and the base allows the bowl to sit and rotate freely.
- Condition: Vintage with some wear. There are some chips in the finish but not a large amount. The rubber feet were shot. I installed ones I had here. They are just a bit taller but work well. The cord has no nicks. The whole thing had a basic cleaning. I removed the head on the motor end and cleaned all of the dust and buildup out of it. It isn't spotless inside but very much improved.
