This is a copy of Heavy Metal magazine, from September 1981, featuring the iconic Taarna cover (her first cover appearance, after her first appearance in the August 1981 issue).

It is in what I assess as VG+ condition by CGC’s scale. I am not a professional grader but that is my assessment from the following (which is also pictured):

Front cover - lightening due to ink rub or wear, ink breaking crease at bottom thumb edge corner

Spine wear - tics and stress at the staples, some wear at the top and bottom of spine but not split

Staples that have minor darkening, and cover may be slightly loose at the bottom staple, but still completely attached.

Interior is good, with one dog eared page that has had the dog ear unfolded, leaving an ink breaking crease

Rear cover with some wear in the form of ink rub or wear

I will ship this safely, bagged, boarded, and sandwiched in cardboard, in a padded box. I am happy to combine shipping on multiple lots.
