This item is not new it is used but in excellent condition. It has a built in x2 speed extractor fan with a cupboard for your electrics and a secret cable tidy space. It has 6 drawers and an additional bespoke handmade tempered glass top which can be removed. The glass has some wear and some scratches from use but does not affect the integrity of the unit. It has a EU Plug but a uk adapter is fine to use with it. It is very heavy too.
