Its a fully adjustable pole rest made of soft neoprene foam that protects the pole's blank from damage. When folded, the rest lies flat, making it easy to store and carry.
It has not been used much, and is in good used condition.
It has a little bit of flattening in a couple of areas of the foam, but nothing that affects it appearance or use.
