Hi, the program that is shown in the photos is the exact one that you will receive.  This program seems to contain most of the players from the 1962 team.  One notable signature that is missing is Bart Starr.  The program appears that it may have gotten wet at one time and as a result, the cover has wrinkles.  I believe the binding to be in pretty good shape especially considering its age.  I tried my best to take pictures of all the signatures but if you would like more pictures, please let me know.  There is minimal writing on the inside (I didn't find any writing, but there could be some).  This is a pretty cool piece for anyone collecting the championship Packers.  Players include:
