Near mint cosmetic condition with just a few very light handling marks.  Blue finish with gold clip and trim.  Parker 17 imprint on the barrel.   All gold  trim is in perfect condition.  Clip is a firm fit and straight. Nib is a 14K gold in perfect condition. No size marked but it looks like a medium to me. Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample).  Press bar filler is working correctly. No box.
