All products are genuine and were purchased from authorized retailers in Japan. Please feel free to purchase with confidence.

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Japan Post. Products are shipped from Japan.

Once a week, we visit a distribution center located away from our office to pick up the purchased items. We then return to the office to begin packaging. As a result, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for shipment. Please be aware of this when making your purchase.

For shipments to the United States:
The seller will cover import duties and customs clearance fees. Buyers in the U.S. will not be charged any additional import duties upon delivery.

For shipments outside the United States:
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
