Help if you can identify. I'ma not sure what this gadget is for but want to pass it on to someone who can use it. No manufacturer stamped on it. Seems to have a readout on the front, adjustments on the back for short and long wave length, a play/test switch, a reset button, 3 plugs, and a power adapter plug. Untested.
