Sony PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB Console (CUH-2215B) comes with one Sony controller, Model CUH-ZCT2U. Controller has some unusual tarnishing on one side (acetone?) but other than that is cosmetically fine and works flawlessly. Also included, oem power cable, a 6 ft HDMI cord and 3rd party micro USB cable for the controller. Pic shows significant clutter on the HDD but the system has been initialized (long version) and fully wiped and cleaned before purchase.
