Sharp looking FED-3 in great cosmetic shape. Mechanically it has the classic Soviet shutter issue: fires consistently but speed doesn't vary with the dial, almost certainly gummed up lubricant from decades of sitting. A straightforward CLA should bring it back to life.
The Soviets built these things like tanks. It just needs someone who knows what they're doing with a screwdriver. Great project camera for a DIY enthusiast or someone who wants an honest piece of Cold War photography history on their shelf.
