Repeaters are generally used for extending the range of your two way radios and work in a similar way to a mobile phone cell site.

You will need a specific OFCOM repeater licence in the U.K. and your Repeater and Radios will need reprogramming to these frequencies.

It is also important to note that you will need a base antenna and duplexer. These are not provided in this listing. Please check our eBay store for these products  

We would generally recommend VHF radios for, farmers, gamekeeper, open spaces, and countryside.

We would generally recommend UHF radios for Security companies and for use in buildings and built up areas such as towns and cities.

All used Two Way Radios supplied by Radioswap Ltd have been fully tested and serviced by our engineering dept and come with a three month warranty against failure.
