Returns

Free returns within 30 days for items that are:

·      not working or defective,

·      the wrong item,

·      missing parts,

·      or damaged in shipping.

All other returns within 30 days are subject to a buyer paid shipping, with no exceptions. All items are inspected prior to shipment and fraudulent returns will result in:

·      up to a 50% deduction from purchase price, or

·      no money back, and/or

·      a case started with eBay.

Partial or full refunds are on a case-by-case basis and are very uncommon. Any fraudulent claims will be denied and will result in a claim started with eBay.

Shipping

?            I ship within two business days, and I personally pack everything and ensure it is packed well and shipped quickly.

?            I can only cancel orders that have not been scanned by the carrier. 

?            I cannot provide a quicker delivery service through a pricier service afterpurchasing since I cover the cost of shipping. If you'd like a faster shipment, please message me prior to purchasing to discuss options. 

?            Free shipping via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage for all items. Large items and/or valued above $250 will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Items valued at $500 or above will require a signature upon delivery. International orders through eBay?s International Shipping program will be delivered to their hub in Chicago and forwarded to you. I have no control on pricing, delivery times, or missing items once it is sent internationally.

Warranty

30-day free return policy on items that do not work as described, missing parts, or damaged, and paid 30-day returns for any other reason. None of my items available for purchase qualify for a manufacturer warranty since they are not purchased directly through them.

All auto parts will come with a unique form of identification on the item to ensure proper returns if necessary. 

Any item that includes a serial number will be included in the listing photos to prevent incorrect shipments and fraud.
