This is an adorable bassinet or cradle size quilted blanket.  It does not have tags but is most likely cotton.  The theme is so cute, the circus style animals are beautifully illustrated.  I absolutely love the scalloped edge. This blanket measures 30 by 36. This is a vintage blanket and it is in vintage condition showing wear and use.  There is fading and discoloring mostly on the back.  Please see all pictures and feel free to ask questions.
